1. About These Terms
These terms apply to purchases of digital interactive products and related online learning experiences supplied by 2iB Partners Pte. Ltd. through this website.
2. Digital Product Access
2iB-IXP Explore and other interactive products are supplied as hosted online digital experiences. No physical product is shipped, and the interactive experience is not provided as a downloadable HTML file unless 2iB Partners expressly states otherwise.
For card and supported online payments, access is normally activated after successful payment. For PayNow or bank transfer, access is activated after payment has been received and verified.
Access is linked to the customer account and email address used for the purchase.
3. Individual Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a purchase is for the individual purchaser’s own use. You may not redistribute, copy, resell, publish, share login credentials, provide access to another person, or otherwise distribute the interactive product or its content.
4. Intellectual Property
The interactive product, its structure, visual design, frameworks, models, text, graphics, and other content remain the intellectual property of 2iB Partners Pte. Ltd. and/or their respective rights holders. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
5. Educational and Professional Development Use
The interactive product is intended for educational and professional development purposes. It does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice specific to your organization or circumstances.
6. Availability and Updates
2iB Partners may update, improve, correct, or modify the hosted interactive experience from time to time. We may also carry out maintenance or make reasonable technical changes to the service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase provides access to the purchased product edition or its hosted successor, subject to these terms. It does not automatically include every future product, course, edition, or separately priced offering.
7. Payments
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. PayNow or bank transfer orders may remain on hold until payment is verified.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. Because these are digital-access products, different considerations apply from physical goods once access has been activated or used.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or access has been compromised.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, extract or scrape the protected interactive product, interfere with the website or service, or use the product in a way that infringes intellectual property, confidentiality, security, or applicable law.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, 2iB Partners is not responsible for decisions, actions, losses, or outcomes resulting from reliance on the interactive product as a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Data Protection Notice.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
